Main Responsibility:

  • Participating in recruitment process by posting job ads, screening, scheduling job interview, interviewing, and testing applicants; maintaining personnel records.

  • Handling company vehicles documents, service, and records

  • Handling regristration, extending, and termination of parking membership of staff vehicles

  • Handling building management

  • Handling security, driver, and OB/OG

  • Handling office stationary

  • Recording employee data on a regular basis, transfers, maintains personnel record resulting from employee addition, deduction, mutation, demotion or rotation, change in job classification, improvement of reward; tracking official travel, permits, sickness, and annual leave.

  • Conducts payroll of employees by maintaining attendance records and calculating salary, overtime, and bonus.

  • Administer medical claims, BPJS Health, BPJS Employment.

  • Maintain Human Resource records well and structured.

  • Document the action of human resources by filling out forms, reports, and other records.

  • Maintain and renew employee contracts.

  • General administrative duties

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Administration/Management/Psychology.

  • 2 years of working experiences in related field.

  • Excellent in Microsoft Office.

  • Willing to learn and good communication skills.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Able to work underpressure and meet tight deadline.

  • Willing to be placed at Pantai Indah Kapuk, Jakarta Utara
