Job Description:

• Prepare Man Power Planning and Recruiting new employee


• Interview applicants about their experience, education and skills based on user requirement


• Prepare Monthly Employee Attendance Report


• Manage Employee Management System (Disciplinary, Attendance and Leave)


• Maintain and update company’s assets (License / Insurance / Permit)


• Performance Management System / Key Performance Indicator monitoring

Requirement:

• At Least Diploma from Psychology, Human Resources or equivalent


• Min. 2 years experiences in Human Resources & General Affair


• Having Strong, Discipline and Assertive Personality is advantage


• Good analytical thinking and communication and administration skill
