1. ART DIRECTOR

Job Descriptions :

• Initiate and generate ideas, involved in creative strategic thinking, create visual direction and of its application for various projects ranging from branding, copywriting, print, and digital media


• Ensure that all approved creative work meets the required quality standards, timelines, and budgets


• Able to lead and grow the creative team, effectively manage timeline and oversee project execution


• To independently or collaboratively work with creative team, other divisions, and also outsourced independents

Qualification :

• Sense of leadership, self-motivated, passionate, and highly organized


• have a good people relationship management skill


• Excellent communication skills


• Aware of the latest creative and digital knowledge/ trends


• Minimum of 2 years experience in the graphic design industry


• Must be fluent in Adobe Creative Suites programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, & InDesign)


• Adaptability in managing on various projects and tight deadlines


• Great attention to details

2. GRAPHIC DESIGN

Responsibilities :

• Design interactive content for both web and mobile


• Determine the colour palette, pattern, and design to be used to ensure uniformity and great aesthetics


• Ensure that the product is delightful to look at from start to finish

Qualification :

• Female min 22-27 years old


• Min degree in graphic


• Min 1 year experience in the same field


• Experience in illustration, graphic design, interactive design


• Have a portfolio of creative design that include infographic, web promotion, web ads and social media ads


• Experience in using Photoshop, Illustrator or similar tools


• Good communicationm skill in English both oral or written

3. COPYWRITER

Responsibilities :

• Research brand/product related topics


• Interview industry professionals and incorporate their views in social media


• Create, edit and proofread written pieces before publication


• Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement (e.g. comments and shares)


• Identify trend, customers’ needs and recommend new topics


• Evaluating content that has been posted


• Responsible for posting all media content (Instagram, Facebook, Website, etc.)

Qualification :

• Female min 22-27 years old


• Min at least Diploma


• Min 1 year experience in the same field (content creator or copywriter)


• Creative, innovative and up-to-date on viral content


• Mastering Copywriting


• Have good and outgoing character and personality


• To be responsible, honest, diligent and disciplined


• Can work together in teams and work according to deadlines


• Good communication skill in English both oral or written
