PT. Duta Anggada Realty is seeking qualified employee for the below positions:

Job Descriptions:
- Coordinate, liaise and manage the design implementation work during the construction period
- Leading the external consultants and internal design team to involved in all stage of design projects, from conceptualization, schematic design, detail design, and documentation until the design ready for construction
- To oversee and coordinate the design and planning work in consultation with architects, engineers and other professionals consultants at the preliminary, conceptual and planning design stage of building projects
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
- At least 4 year(s) of working (Domestic/Overseas) experience in reputable company in commercial high rise buildings for office, residential, and hospitality
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
- Max. 40 years old
- Be able to work to deadlines and in a teamwork environment.
- Fluent in English, active communication in written and oral.
- Experience and understanding schematic design, design development, construction document until construction administration.
- Good problem solver with strong analytical and good personal skill
- Creative, open minded and able to work with minimum supervision
- Expert in Revit Program
