Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree/ Post Graduate Degree in Engineering (Civil, Architect) or equivalent.


• Required Language (s) : English


• At least 6 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position  (Prefer managerial level experienced in property developer or contractor – HIGH RISE PROJECT)


• Understand about work methode of construction


• Problem solving orientation in order to manage construction progress


• Able to work in a team as well as strong individual drive


• Having knowledge in software skills such as Auto CAD, Microsoft project, Sketch Up, Microsoft Office and power point


• Target oriented, have a strong leadership skill, Good interpersonal skill


• Familiar with High Risk Building Environment


• Willing to travel or be placed in Trans Property projects throughout Indonesia

 

Responsibilites

• Prepare the construction planning, including budgeting and schedulling


• organize work tender, contractor’s selection process, coordination with the consultant and have a knowledge in arranging some necesserary documents


• manage the cost control of all design, tender, construction expenses and compare with the budget that has been set up


• review contractor progress and prepare for a necesserary application for payment


• monitor construction progress and its alligment with the timeline and budget


• monitor work quality and coordination with the site engineers


• prepare site works progress report to management


• review shop drawings and its alligment with the site progress
