Job Description :
- Research and Analyze in order to creating training plan and implement training programs
- Manage training program and schedule
- Present all technical and supply training requirements
- Prepare budget for training programs and workshops
- Prepare and deliver training course
- Implement training based on Experiential Learning
- Implement training KPIs
Requirement :
Bachelor Degree in Psychology or HR Management with GPA minimum 3.00
Fluent in English both oral and written is a plus
At least 2 years of experience as training specialist or learning & development or equivalent (fresh graduate welcome)
Minimum 2 years of experience with designing training programs and workshop
Knowledge of various training, talent management and teaching methods
Ability to lead full training cycle
Good Management Skills and Effective Communication Skills
