Job Description :


  • Research and Analyze in order to creating training plan and implement training programs

  • Manage training program and schedule

  • Present all technical and supply training requirements

  • Prepare budget for training programs and workshops

  • Prepare and deliver training course

  • Implement training based on Experiential Learning

  • Implement training KPIs

Requirement :



  • Bachelor Degree in Psychology or HR Management with GPA minimum 3.00




  • Fluent in English both oral and written is a plus




  • At least 2 years of experience as training specialist or learning & development or equivalent (fresh graduate welcome)




  • Minimum 2 years of experience with designing training programs and workshop




  • Knowledge of various training, talent management and teaching methods




  • Ability to lead full training cycle




  • Good Management Skills and Effective Communication Skills
