FINANCE & ACCOUNTING MANAGER

Responsibility :

• Lead finance and accounting department


• Review single and consolidated financial statements


• Review General Ledger accounts to ensure that all financial transactions meets the statutory and reporting requirements.


• Manage the operational accounting activities including A/P, A/R, Cash/Bank, GL, Fixed Assets and Inventory.


• Monitor budget and actual from all department expense


• Perform in weekly and monthly cash flow report and projection


• Coordinate and responsible for yearly financial audit


• Review closing activities for any improvement and control enhancement


• Ensure timely report for monthly, quarterly, yearly, and any other report


• Collaborates with the across division to meet company goals and objectives


• Participate in the development, implementation and monitoring of goals, objectives, policies, and priorities for the Accounting Department

Qualifications :

• Maximum 40 years old.


• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from reputable university with a min GPA 3.00


• Having minimum 5 years experiences, preferable a combined experiences as Financial auditor and company accountant


• Strong experience in hotel & property industries, will be advantageous


• Strong knowledge in finance and accounting


• Good interpersonal skill, proactive and strong in leadership


• Has a good communication skill, both verbal and non verbal


• Has good analytical and critical thinking


• Capable to work under pressure and within tight deadlines


• Problem solving oriented


• Able to work effectively under pressure and meet established goals and objectives.


• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Power Point) and accounting/finance applications.


• Preferably Manager specialized in accounting/finance or equivalent, have professional certification and active member of professional organization/association related to accounting/finance.


• Based location in Radio Dalam Raya, Jakarta Selatan.
