Loss Prevention Manager

• Making plans, implementation, report to the Management about the stock take the result


• Reviewing and managing loss prevention and safety at store and warehouse


• Doing observations in stores on the treatment of goods in the warehouse and placement based on the category


• Performing security element checks (electrical panel, APAR, body check procedure, locker notifications, Sensormatic, CCTV)


• Coordinating with the vendor for cash collection implementation process during Eid


• Reviewing, analyzing data, investigating & managing prevention plan for high shrinkage store


• Analyzing products that have a high risk of loss


• Providing high-risk products recommendations to the Operations team to be given special attention


• Monitoring the action plan from the store


• Performing Flagged Store Program for high shrinkage Store (stock)


• Analyzing stock take store results, recommending for additional stock take


• Doing and reviewing stock take execution until the result


• Monitoring store performance whether they have any improvement or not


• Reviewing and managing PPA ( Post Pick Audit ) activities in the warehouse


• Providing recommendations from the results of the investigation to the Operations and Warehouse team


• Ensuring the non-trade procurement process proceeds based on the procedure


• Verifying by interview and finding the evidence related to the case


• Creating a report and providing recommendations to Head IA and to Users or to HR

Job Requirements :

• Candidates must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Accounting / Banking or equivalent.


• At least 5 years of experience in the retail field for this position.


• The language that must be possessed: English


• Must-have capability: Shrinkage Auditing, Fraud Investigation


• Preferably a Manager / Assistant Manager specifically in Finance – Audit / Tax or equivalent.
