Job Description in general:


Responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating outlet operational processes and ensuring that everyting runs smoothly and in accordance with teh program and sales targets, customer satisfaction, and cost efficiency.


 


Work Scope:


  • Develop, promote, and evaluate SOP regarding operational excellence process at the outlet and ensure full implementation

  • Promote product display, program implementation, and manage Visual Merchandise guidelines in coordination with the Marketing team

  • Manage and implement operational activities within budget

  • Manage and evaluate inventory and sales to ensure product availability within stores accordingly

  • Prepare reports, findings, and analysis to management for improvement

  • Ensure fulfillment of human resources to support operational activities.

  • Oversee, develop and evaluate team’s work in accordance with productivity target

  • Observe and propose changes in strategy or procedures for improvement as part of the responsibility

  • Coordination with the supply chain department to ensure inventory accuracy within the outlet

  • Coordinate and oversee fulfillment of repair and maintenance for the outlet.


Requirements:

  • S1 graduate in any field with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and 2 years in operations management

  • Customer-focused, highly analytical, attentive to detail and able to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment

  • Strong communication and people managerial skills

  • Strong leadership with experience in managing and developing a team

  • Proactive, creative and self-motivated

  • Dynamic, innovative and entrepreneurial
