Responsibilities :
- Supports Salespeople by taking care of lead handling, booking customer meetings along with salesperson, as well as contacting customers by phone or via online channels, support also for tender preparation
- The role may also support sales planning, sales funnel, pricing and offering management actions
- Collaboration with marketing to ensure that leads are reported and monitored as a part of the sales meetings
- Responsible for gathering information about market and competitors from online channels
- Responsible for supporting Sales online tools
- Coordinator for Customer feedback, customer satisfaction and loyalty (net promoter index).
Requirements :
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, economic or management
- Maximal age 30 years old
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the same position in multinational companies
- Good voice tone, communicative, outstanding attention to detail and observation ability
- Ability to plan and manage time effectively
- Hands on experience with ERP and CRM systems
- Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken
- Will be based in Jakarta.
