Job Description

Developing new business by searching for new clients for using recruitment service and building a strong relationship with the existing one

Screening and endorsing the qualified candidates to be reviewed and hired by clients

Providing general recruitment advice and guidance for both clients and candidates

Managing the recruitment process from candidate screening through to interview, performance feedback, offering negotiation

Job Requirement

Female/Male Good Looking, Representative Appearance

Minimum having a bachelor degree from Human Resource Management or Equal

Good communication in English

Having minimum 2-year experience (preferably from HR Business, Service Company, or any related industry)

Having an interest in human resources industry

Passionate, target-oriented and eager to learn

Able to work with monthly target
