Marketing Executive B2B

Job Description

• Actively find and approach the potential client to close new contracts and achieve sales targets.


• Visit clients, listen and understand their needs.


• Maintain a good knowledge of the company’s service and present it to the client as a solution to their challenges.


• Maintain a good relationship with existing clients and contacts.


• Assist and give full support to the client before, on and after application installation on the client’s company. Other duties are necessary to further develop the business as assigned by superior

Job Requirement

• Age: Max. 30 years old Good Looking, Representative Appearance


• Education: Bachelor Degree in any major


• English ability may not be fluent as long as he/she is confident


• Experience: 1 year as Sales (B to B) or a similar position from Startup company preferable


• Motivated and have a high interest in Human Resource and Startup


• Pro-active, persistent, good business sense, advance communication, and negotiation skill


• Willing to travel to meet the client and work in Jakarta Area

Recruitment Advisor

Job Description

• Developing new business by searching for new clients for using recruitment service and building a strong relationship with the existing one


• Screening and endorsing the qualified candidates to be reviewed and hired by clients


• Providing general recruitment advice and guidance for both clients and candidates


• Managing the recruitment process from candidate screening through to interview, performance feedback, offering negotiation

Job Requirement

• Female/Male Good Looking, Representative Appearance


• Minimum having a bachelor degree from Human Resource Management or Equal


• Good communication in English is an advantage


• Having minimum 2-year experience (preferably from HR Business, Service Company, or any related industry)
