Our Company is a legally established Architectural and Interior Design Consultancy Company of PMA (Foreign Investment Company) Status, since August 1995. We have been undertaking projects in Singapore, Australia, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, Sri Lanka , People’s Republic Of China and Indonesia.

Projects undertaken include Masterplanning, Mix Development Commercial, Hospitality, Residential and Interior design & Spatial Branding. The project scope include Shopping Malls, Offices, Apartments, Office Buildings, Industrial Buildings, Hospital, Residential /Hotel / Resort Development, Interiors and Graphic Design.

On years of 2005 & 2007 , the Company was awarded as one of the TOP 10 ARCHITECTURAL Companies in Indonesia by BCI.

As one of the leading Design companies in Indonesia, we seek a dynamic and results-oriented Finance and Administrative professional with various experience in standard corporate finance and transaction services. The role is extended to standard HR role who understands local Indonesian Employment laws and can maintain a well organised system.

We invite initiative, progressive and experienced Professionals to join as a member of our Company to continue, enhance and accomplish our goal of maintaining the Architectural Design quality and good Administration professionalism. The following position is stated below



FINANCE & GA MANAGER


Duties & Responsibilities :


  • Manage all operations and procedures related to Finance & Accounting  Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures

  • Manage the preparation of the company’s budgeting and financial projection

  • To monitor cash flow and budgeting from all departments

  • Prepare financial statement and do monthly analysis about company financial condition

  • Financial Forecasting for ALL income

  • Provide accurate and detail data for tax department

  • To design finance & accounting policies in order to maximize the operational flow process

  • Maintain banking relationship

  • Update any finance institution, banks latest information / promotion

  • Has to be initiative to find out about latest finance news related to local Indonesian Finance or tax laws which will be related to Finance of Company

  • Maintain client relationship with the Finance PIC or department

  • To monitor and ensure all bills are paid uptodate

  • Work closely with Project Manager in terms of project timeline to set the bills

  • Perform other job assigned by the Management / External Finance Consultant / Office Manager

Required Skills and Qualifications :


  • Female

  • Age           : 30- 40 years old

  • Education : Preferable S1 Accounting/Business Administration from Reputable university/institution

  • Experience background : Min. 3 years in Managerial level Min. 7 years total in Finance & Administration field Salary range : Negotiable

Other qualifications :


  • Minimum 10 years experience in Finance & Accounting area.

  • At least 5 years experience of supervising subordinates as Finance Manager/Junior

  • Finance Manager level.

  • Familiar with SAP and other accounting program

  • Outstanding computer and technical skills, strong knowledge in MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint

  • Familiar with Google Mail , calendar and google drive system

  • Familiar in scheduling software to set up appointments, deadlines and work tasks.

Preferred Character :


  • Mature, pay attention to details, display leadership qualities and behavior

  • Strong sense of setting schedule for work, finance scheduling, thinking ahead to solve potential problems or issues

  • Has strong analytical skill and ability to work with tight deadline

  • Good multi-tasking skills, handle and prioritize multiple tasks at the same time Able to work independently and in a team

  • Firm, accountable and good problem solving

  • Hard-working, detail oriented, well organised, fast, initiative and active Cooperative and have a good communication skill

  • Command of English is a MUST

  • Has a good, humble attitude with a zest to learn and continual attitude to progression Has a good, clear communication skill with related Clients and external Auditor or staff

  • Able to differentiate between confidential matters and general matters and to be private about certain confidentiality matters

  • Having experience with Architecture/Interior firms will be value added

  • Able to work under pressure.
