We were looking for Chief Technology Officer to provide and drive Information Technology in all aspect of our business. You will communicate with team, stakeholder and customer to ensure our company technology used to help the development this company in this digital era.

Strategic thinking and strong vision in IT industry are essential in this role. We expect you to be well-versed in current technological trends and familiar with a variety of business concept. Have a passion in R&D of IT business.

Responsibilities :

• Develop technical aspect of company’s strategy to ensure alignment with our business goal


• Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage


• Help departments use technology profitably


• Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency


• Build quality assurance and data protection processes


• Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance


• Use stakeholder feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology


• Communicate technology strategy to partners and investors


• Established the company’s technical vision and lead all aspects of the company technological development


• Provide leadership as department head that supports the company’s culture, mission and value


• Conduct research and case studies on leading edge technologies and makes determinations on the probability of implementation

 

Requirement :

• Proven experience as a CTO or similiar leadership role


• Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy


• Understanding of budgets and business planning


• Ability to conduct technological analyses and research


• Leadership and organizational abilities


• Strategic thinking and problem-solving aptitude


• BS in related field and at lease 10 years in the IT arena, and at least 5 years experience in managerial and strategic.
