As an overseas arm of Head hunter Inc. (Japan), an Integrated Human Resources Services Provider, and being publicly listed on the first section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange, PT OS Selnajaya Indonesia was established as a result of the merging of 3 Companies in Indonesia namely PT. OS Engineering and Consultant Indonesia (OSEC), PT. OS Service Indonesia (OSSI) and PT. Selnajaya Prima (Selnajaya).

Selnajaya Prima (Selnajaya), provides local, regional and global Corporations with Recruitment Services, Interpretation – Translation and Language Services, Business Consultation Services (Working Visa application and new Company establishment), and other White Collar human resource related services. OSEC – OSSI on the other hand, are very much entrenched in Industrial, Manufacturing, Production and Technical Knowhow on the Blue Collar’s side of the business. Job Description:


  1. Meeting with client and handling client needs

  2. Maintain a good relationship between Company and clients

  3. Using Internal Database and Job portal on scouting for the Right Candidate

  4. Screening & Collecting suitable Resume (for top level)

  5. Have a face to face interview (if possible) & Phone Interview)

  6. Providing Technical test, Psychological and Logic to candidate (based on client request)

  7. Recommend a suitable CV’s to our client

  8. Set up First to the Final stage of Interview between client and candidate

  9. Follow up the progress and payment issue

  10. Update project status.

Requirement:


  1. Bachelor degree in any major.

  2. Min. 5 years experience as recruitment consultant (handling managerial and top level requirement).

  3. Able to search and maintain new client.

  4. Required Skill(s): Recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, human resources, sourcing, Coaching, Talent management and negotiation skill.

  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  6. Business level English.
