CUSTOMER SERVICE GAME
Responsibilities :
• Manage incoming emails and customer service inquiries
• Handle user/players’ queries and complaint and ensure prompt follow up closure
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Update customer information in the database after each communication in accurately and timely manner
• Follow through standard customer service procedures, guidelines, and policies
• Communicate with other relevant teams to resolve issues and expedite work
• Generate daily and weekly reports required by management in timely manner

Requirements :
• Max 28 years old
• Understand and playing mobile games is a must.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree any field
• Preferably with at least 1 year working experience in Customer Service DIGITAL MARKETING
• Ability to uphold customer service professionalism at all times
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-tasking and excellent in time-management
