Job Description

• Source various new vendors and maintain good working relationship with existing vendors


• Negotiate the best price and term of payment with vendors for various users need, ensure selected vendors send accurate quotation


• Open PO via IFCA system


• Follow up orders on daily basis with vendors to ensure delivery on time and on schedule


• Check and ensure the completeness of vendors’ supporting documents delivery to be passed to Finance team for invoicing purpose


• Support and ensure vendor’s invoices delivered and paid on schedule as per the term of payment of each vendor

 

Qualification

• Age max. 30 years


• Min. education S-1


• Min. 3 (three) years experience as buyer/purchaser, especially from Property industry


• Hard working & have excellent negotiation skill


• Willing to work in Daan Mogot (west Jakarta) area


• MS Office skill is a must
